Attention all students:  Your yearbooks are ready to be picked up in Mrs. Jordan's classroom.  They can be picked up in between classes or during 3rd and 4th period.  If you did not purchase one, there may still be some available. Stay tuned.

All sophomores and those juniors who have not passed the ELA test need to report directly to the flex center at the start of the day on both today.  Bring your computer, your headphones, and your charger.
Today there is an ASB meeting in Mrs. Silvernail's room during lunch.  Please release current members and next years members at 12:29.  
There will be a cross country meeting in Mr. Tully's room at 8:10 on Friday morning.  If you are interested in cross country, you'll want to be attend this meeting.

Juniors and Seniors:  The running start meeting has been re-scheduled for May 23rd at 6:00 in the library.  If you plan to attend Running Start next year you are strongly encouraged to attend and bring a parent.  If you have questions see Mrs. Webber.  
Seniors:  On May 15th, 5th and 6th period, in Mrs. Silvernail's room, Grays Harbor College will be here to register those of you attending next Fall. Please make arrangements with your 5th and 6th period teachers and attend if possible.
Sophomores and Juniors:  Lynne Green from Twin Harbor Skills Center will be here on May 17th during 1st period in Mrs. SIlvernails room to discuss their programs which inclulde Electrical Engineering, Automotive, Criminal Justice and Medical Careers.  If you plan to attend, see Mrs. Webber and make arrangements with your 1st period teacher.  
The Pacific County Fair would like to invite all this year's 10th and 11th grade gentlemen and young ladies to run for the 2017 Pacific County Fair Court. This year we will be crowing a fair king as well as a fair queen.  Please pick up applications in the high school office.  
You are invited to "chill out" the After Prom Party! This event is open to all Prom attendees and student volunteers. Doors open at 10:30! FREE food, hoop challenge, glow in the ark capture the flag, games, movie, rock painting, prizes and FUN! Please pick up a flyer in the front office or see Mrs. Owen for more details.

Prom tickets need to be purchased by today in order to be in the running for prom court.  Ticket are $40.00 for a couple and $25.00 for a single.  See Jana for purchasing. 
Today there is an ASB meeting during lunch in Mrs. Silvernail's room.  Please release ASB members at 12:29.  
There will be a Peer Helper meeting today during Junior High in Mr. Tully's room and High School at the tables by the district office during lunch.  Please release Junior High Peer Helpers at 11:30 and High School Peer Helpers at 12:29. 
The tuxes will be at the school today from 4 to 6. It's important that you come and try them on. If you need to make other arrangements, please message Abby Koningsburger.  If you need her number contact Jana.

Student Information: 

If you are 18, have a Washington State Driver's License and are looking for a great summer job, Pacific County Public Works is hiring a temporary engineering aide. For information, see Mr. Vetter. 
There are numerous community service opportunities right now, including coloring Easter eggs. See Mrs. Hansen in the Flex Center to sign up.
Volleyball open gym on Monday's have been moved to the high school gym.  Same time.
If you are a Junior and interested in Evergreen Girls or Boys State, please see Mrs. Webber ASAP!  There are several spaces available.
Vivian Kailor from Grays Harbor College Running Start will be here Wednesday at 5:30 to give a presentation to potential students.  If you are considering Running Start, please attend this meeting and bring your parents.  See Mrs. Webber if you plan to get signed up!
Prom tickets are now on sale.  The cost is $40.00 for a couple and $25.00 for a single.  See Jana for purchasing. 
Auditions for the 2017-18 HS Jazz Choir are Tuesday and Wednesday after school in the choir room.  Pick up a reference form from Mr. Totten or in the office to be filled out by a teacher and come prepared with a short song to showcase your voice.  If you have any questions, stop by the choir room.

Attention all those who like candy!!!  If you can guess how many Dum Dums, Hershey's Kisses, or Jolly Ranchers are in the jar, you can win them all!! It's $1 for each guess or $2 for 3 guesses.  The jars will be in the commons during lunch every day this week!  Winners will be announced Friday during 6th period.
