Everyone wear RED on Monday to support Red Ribbon week.
This year SADD Club and Peer Helpers are supporting a Red Ribbon Week with a Coloring Contest.  Students can select one design from the high school office and submit it back to the office by Wednesday the 1st.  The top 3 winners will receive a gift card of their choice. Selections include DQ, Daily Perk, Slaters, and Dennis Co.

This week is Red Ribbon week.  The theme for this year is, Your future is Key to be drug free.  Red Ribbon week is an ideal way for people and communities to unite and take a visible stand against drugs.  Show your personal commitment to a drug-free lifestyle through the symbol of the red ribbon.

Would you like to put a pie in the face of Patrick, Adan, Or Isabel?  There will be jars in the office to put money into to decide who will be pied today during lunch. You can also purchase tickets to put your name in to be drawn out to pie the junior.  Tickets are $1.00.

A representative from Whitworth College will be here to speak on Friday the 13th at 9:30 in Mrs. Silvernail's classroom.  Interested Seniors and other students are invited and may attend if arrangements with teachers have been made.
If you are interested in high school knowledge bowl please see Mr. Lanka or Mrs. Spoor, we need at least 5 students to be able to field a team. We will be holding a meeting soon.
There will be a Blood Drive on October 27th from 9 AM to 2 PM. You must be 16 years old with parents consent, or at least 18 years old without. If you are interested there are forms and a sign up sheet in the office. Please turn in forms to Mrs.Silvernail or MaKenna Williams.

HAVA needs volunteers to help at the shelter. If you need community service or just love working with animals, please stop by on Wednesday 3-6 or Saturday 10-2 to fill out a volunteer application. Located at 421 2nd Street in downtown Raymond.

If you have purchased your ASB card it can be picked up Jana Richards' office.  If you still need to purchase your ASB card it is $25.00 and is also available.
Friday is the last day to sign up to be a part of R-League and SADD.  Club costs are $5.  See Jana for more information.
There will be a box in the office to collect some money to make a gift basket for Jose Flores.  This will be available until tomorrow.
The yearbook is for sale now! The cost is $40 until December 19th. The price will go up to $50 after that date.  
If you have a Legion of Boone shirt wear your shirt tomorrow!
There will be a fundraiser tailgate party for The Abbott family before the football game this Friday.  There will be music, raffles, bake sale and food.  Hotdog, chips, drink and dessert for only $5.00.  All proceeds will go to Legion of Boone!!
