Student Information:


• This year's Red Ribbon Week theme is Be Kind To Your Mind.  Live Drug Free.  Raymond High School loves our students and we want you to lead happy, healthy, fun, and wonderful lives.  We know that by making healthy choices, like staying drug free, you are more likely to live the best life for you.  So, take a moment to commit to yourself that you will continue to make healthy choices to ensure a brighter future.  You won't regret it!  The coloring contest will go on until Friday.  Please bring in your completed coloring sheets into the office.  Judging will be Friday after lunch.  
• Spirit dress up days for the week:  Tomorrow – is Be drug Free – Red Spirit Day (Wear Red)
• Today:  Seniors and Juniors need to report to the gym 5th Period.  And Sophomore and Freshmen need to report to the gym 6th period.
• On Friday, there will be a National Honor Society meeting in Mrs. Gunnarson's room
during 7th period.

Student Information:


• This year's Red Ribbon Week theme is Be Kind To Your Mind.  Live Drug Free.  Staying drug free means investing in your current and future health.  You don't have to use drugs to fit in.  There are other ways to belong.  Celebrate your uniqueness and show it to the world.  During lunch today we will be playing Kahoot in the cafeteria with chances to win gift cards to some of our local businesses.  The coloring contest will go on until Friday.  Please bring in your completed coloring sheets into the office.  Judging will be Friday after lunch.

• This year's Red Ribbon Week theme is Be Kind To Your Mind.  Live Drug Free.  The Theme is a reminder that by staying drug free, you are sending a message to yourself and others about how much you value yourself, your overall health, your community and your future.  One thing's for sure…by making healthy choices, like staying drug free, you are much more likely to achieve your goals.  So, aim for the stars!  We believe in you.  During lunch we will have a table with lots of activities and prizes going on during lunch.  Pick up your coloring sheet to participate in a coloring contest to win some awesome gift cards.  Coloring sheets are due Friday.

Student Information:


• Today during lunch there will be a meeting for anyone interested in esports in
Mr. Lanka's classroom.  
• Today there is a SADD and Peer Helpers meeting at 2:35 in Mr. Tully's room.
• All students signed up for the Harvest Festive there will be a meeting in the Library at 2:30 today.
• Any junior high student that is interested in wrestling this year needs to attend the meeting tomorrow at 2:30 in Mr. Tully's room.
• There will be a Jr. high Girls Basketball informational meeting tomorrow at 2:40 in the commons.  All paperwork and info. for the season will be covered.  If you have any questions see Mr. Koski or Beef.
• Students, just a reminder there should be no food or drink, besides water, past the library towards the trophy cases.

Thursday – Sloppy Joe, Cole slaw, broccoli, pineapple tidbits
