Weekly Events: Wednesday – HSBB vs. Montesano – JV starts at 5:45 varsity to follow
JH Wrestling @ Montesano – 4:30 start
Friday – HSGB @ Montesano – JV start at 5:30, varsity to follow
Saturday – HS Wrestling @ Ocosta – 10:00am start
• There will be a JH Boys Basketball meeting in Mr. Shores' room during 7th period today.
• ASB cards will be given out tomorrow during lunch your lunch time.
• ASB will be sponsoring a Christmas door decorating contest. This will take place with the teachers and their 7th period classes. Judging will take place on December 16th.
• Attendance Challenge: RHS is holding an attendance challenge. Grade levels having 90% or better attendance from November 29th through December 16th will be able to attend the RHS Big Deal on December 17th during the school day. There will be movies, games, food, and fun! So come to school to help your class earn a ticket to the BIG Deal. Remember: "When students improve their attendance rates, they improve their academic prospects and chances for graduating."
• Celebrate the holiday season safely from home with festive and fun activities from Pacific County Teen Advocacy Coalition! Registration is FREE to all residents of North Pacific County. Please, only ONE registration per household. www.pacificcountytac.org/holidayparty
• The 8th grade Class will be hosting a Winter Dance for students in the 7th and 8th grade on December 17th at 8pm to 11pm. All students must register and have a permission slip signed for Covid testing. Dance registration forms are in the office. Cost is $5/ person and $7/ couple
• Picture Retakes will be Tuesday, December 14th.
• Attention Knowledge Bowl: We will have practice during high school lunch this week on Thursday to prepare for next week's meet!
• On this day in history 1969: American singer-songwriter Neil Diamond makes his only appearance on "The Ed Sullivan Show", singing " Sweet Caroline" and "Holy, Holy".
• Quote for the week: Don't follow your dreams, chase them!
