You need to be 16 years or older to participate, not currently playing a sport (as you would have to miss practice) and meet weight requirements. Permission slips are available outside of Mrs. Silvernail's door, or the HS office. Please see Jayden Lovato or Mrs. Silvernail to sign up or if you have any questions! If you cannot donate yourself, we challenge you to find someone to donate in your place.

• Today we are on the assembly schedule.
• Students your cafeteria trays need to be returned to the cafeteria and not thrown in the garbage can.  If any more trays are seen in the garbage you will not be allowed to eat at the round tables by the gym anymore.
• Attention all high school girls' soccer players:  You need to turn in your uniform into            Mr. Deatherage or the office next week.
• RHS will be hosting a blood drive on Dec 2nd from 12 to 5. You need to be 16 years or older to participate, not currently playing a sport (as you would have to miss practice) and meet weight requirements.
