Student Information:

• We will still have door decorating judging today at random times.  We will announce the winner today at the Pep Assembly at 2:15.
• Today students and staff that are participating in the hat, hood, and pj's should be wearing a pink wristband.  Please check for the wristbands as students come into class.
• Today is the last day to purchase tickets during lunch for a chance to pie one of RHS's staff member in the face for $1.
• Today at 2:10 all students and staff should come to the gym for the Food Bowl Assembly.  It will be a great time for all with lots to celebrate!
• Attention students do you miss shopping at the Raymond Holiday Store? Well, this Friday we will be allowing the junior high and high school students to shop the store! Each item will be .25 and the proceeds will be added to our food bowl totals.
• Students, please be sure to clear off your tables and pick up your garbage at lunch. You should be taking pride in your school and other people should not be picking up for you.
• Big Brothers Big Sisters is looking for high school students grades 9-11 to spend time with some of our elementary students 1 day a week.  Community service hours are available.  Applications can be picked up in the high school office.

• There will be an informational meeting today @2:35 in the staff lounge for those girls in grades 9-12 that are interested in playing HSGBB.  Necessary paperwork will be discussed and schedules will be handed out.

• Celebrate Life.  Live Drug Free.  That is this year's theme.  Raymond High School loves our students and we want you to lead happy, healthy, fun and wonderful lives.  We know that by making healthy choices, like staying drug free, you are more likely to live the best life for you.  So, take a moment to commit to yourself that you will continue to make healthy choices to ensure a brighter future.  You won't regret it!
• Today during lunch for Red Ribbon Week, SADD is holding a KAHOOT competition.  Bring your phone or chromebook to lunch to participate.  The winners will receive a gift card.  Coloring contest and word search papers are due in the office by 3:00 today to be eligible to win some gift cards.  The winners will be announced tomorrow.  
• The 8th grade class will be selling Halloween Grams during lunch this week.  The cost is $3 for 1 or $5 for 2.  The Halloween Grams will be delivered on Monday during 7th period.
• There will be a sophomore class officer meeting in Mrs. Gunnarson's room today during 7th period.
• For those students who wish to dress up for school on Halloween:  Costumes must be in compliance with the dress code, and NO Masks or play Weapons of any kind.

• Today during lunch for Red Ribbon Week, SADD will have a photo area to have your picture taken with friends.  There is a coloring contest and a word search available to win some gift cards.  Coloring sheets must have a name on the back and the word search must have a name on the front in order to be eligible to win.    All papers are due in the office by 3:00 on Thursday.  
• The 8th grade class will be selling Halloween Grams during lunch this week.  The cost is $3 for 1 or $5 for 2.  The Halloween Grams will be delivered on Monday during 7th period.
• There will be a sophomore class officer meeting in Mrs. Gunnarson's room on Thursday during 7th period.
• For those students who wish to dress up for school on Halloween:  Costumes must be in compliance with the dress code, and NO Masks or play Weapons of any kind.

• Students who are interested in being involved in the haunted horse barn on Oct 28th at the Pacific County Fair Grounds should contact Crystal at 360.208-3714. She is looking for a small group to assist in decorating and performing in the haunted house.  Students will also receive community service and dinner.
• For those students who wish to dress up for school on Halloween:  Costumes must be in compliance with the dress code, and NO Masks or play Weapons of any kind.

• All seniors need to report to Mrs. Silvernail's room today at 9:30 to meet with the Jostens Rep.
• Junior High Students:  If you arrive to school on the school bus, you must remain on school grounds until afterschool.  If you are leave school grounds you will be written up and considered AWOL.
• If you would like to decorate your hall area for homecoming Jana will be here from 5:00pm – 9:00pm.  Only those who will be decorating will be allowed to enter the building.  Also Sunday from 9:00am – noon will be open to finish and complete your hallways before Monday.  
• Attention softball players:  If you are wanting to play softball and are interested in pitching, please contact Miss Brooks through email or by going and speaking to her before or after school. You do not need to have experience with pitching, but please make sure you are going to play softball for the school.

You have the opportunity to join the first, the initial, the inaugural Raymond Jr / Sr High School Tabletop Gaming club! So...if you want to throw some dice, play some cards, explore a run down castle in cardboard on top of a desk! Join us Wednesday, September 14th in room 213 after school or contact Mr. Quillen.
• Fall Sports pictures will be this Friday starting at 11:30. Your coach will let you know what time to be in the gym and ready.
• If you had your pictures taken at the Back to School BBQ, the pictures are available for pick up in the high school office.  You may ONLY pick them up before or after school, during lunch, or passing periods.
