Student Information: 

 

·      Night of the Arts that will be happening on this coming Tuesday, May 19th, 2015! We are excited to offer:  5:30pm   Dinner--Nacho, taco salad bar (free courtesy of Gear Up Grant) including information for GEAR UP Sophomores.  Bring your families!
6:00pm to 8:00--Night of the Arts exhibition and demonstrations and sale of student art
7:00pm
 Spring Band Concert.

·      Would you like to own a piece of the Class of 2015?  Well now you can! On Thursday, May 21st, there will be a silent auction, auctioning off Seniors for Senior Slave Day which will be on Tuesday May 26th. The bidding will take place in the office. Don't forget to buy your slave for a day!

·      There are 2 positions for summer custodial work and 4 positions for the summer lunch program.  Students must be 16 years or older.  Applications are available in the district office.

·      There will be a girls sports meeting for parents and athletes who plan on participating in summer volleyball and basketball activities this Sunday May 17th at 4 p.m. in the gym.  Please make sure you attend to make plans, hear dates, and get everything you need in one place.

·      Junior High cheer tryouts date has changed to Thursday May 21st at 4:30 in the commons.

·      Registration forms for the 2015 soccer season are available in the high school office.  You can also register online @ WHYSC.  Contact Sandee Milliman at 942-0036 or Megan Young at 942-8921 if you are interested in helping coach for community services hours.

·      Today is the last day for the Relay For Life penny drive.  The jars are marked for each class in the high school office. Pennies count for your class, and silver change counts against your class. The class that raises the most money by today will win an ice cream party.

·      Blankets and animal food donations: April 7th-May 23rd.  Please bring little old or new blankets; old or new towels; new bags or cans of dog food, cat food, puppy food, and kitten food.  It's class competition!  The class that brings in the most food and the separate class that brings in the most blankets will get a special prize in June.  ​Make sure you label it with your grade.​
