Weekly Events: Saturday – HSGB vs. Okanogan @ Wenatchee HS, 2pm start

• Winners for spirit week will be announced during 7th period.
• Monday there will be a Junior High track meeting in Mr. Hatfield's room at 2:45. If you are planning on participating, please make sure to be there.
• February is Black History Month:  This month was chosen because it includes the birthdays of both Frederick Douglass, an abolitionist (someone who wanted to end the practice of enslaving people) and former U.S. President Abraham Lincoln.  President Lincoln led the US during the Civil War which was primarily fought over the enslavement of Black people in the country.
• Quote for the day:  I believe in myself… so anything is possible!
